Corporate Pointe Tower is being designed to be LEED Silver, offering tenants two economic benefits over non-LEED buildings:

 

  1. Reduced Operating Expenses: LEED Silver office buildings are typically 33% more energy efficient resulting in savings of $0.06 per RSF per month on average.

     

  2. Greater Productivity: Companies working in LEED buildings are reporting significant increases in productivity which they attribute to higher quality HVAC systems, superior temperature control, enhanced day lighting and sustainable building materials.
