In addition to competitive lease rates, Corporate Pointe Tower tenants will realize two significant economic benefits:

TOTAL SAVINGS: $0.20


  1. LEED Silver Office buildings are thirty-three percent (33%) more energy efficient on average compared to traditional office buildings due to energy efficient HVAC systems, high performance glazing and water efficient plumbing fixtures. These efficiencies project utilities savings of $0.06 per RSF per month.
  2. Culver City's Gross Receipts Tax rate is 43% Lower than the rate in the City of Los Angeles. For a 100,000 square foot company with $75 million in annual revenue, the savings are $0.14 per RSF per month.

    As such, Corporate Pointe Tower tenants should realize savings of approximately $0.20 per RSF per month compared to Tenants within traditional non-LEED buildings in Los Angeles.
